Numero Uno!

That's right, I just turned the big "1" yesterday. What a day it was. Had some friends and family over, chowed down on some Yummy House Bakery cake, and entertained my guests. It was great to show off my new skills that I have been working on such as: walking with my hands down instead of up in the air like a zombie, I can push myself up from seated to standing without having to hold onto anything, and stairs I can do backwards and forward. Everyday is something new and exciting. I love to be outside walking and pointing at everything. Being one sure is fun. The othe cool thing about being 1 now, is that I got a new big boy carseat. I love it. This thing is so cool. The best part is that I get to face forward and see what is going on in front of me. Now Mommy can see me too in the mirror. A whole new world is out there when I am lookin ahead. My Grammy and Grampa came up from Hawaii and so we have been hanging out reading and playing.
It was also my Great Grandma's 94th birthday yesterday, so I went and visited her the day before. I shared some of my noodles and green beans with her. I also worked the room like a politican. Those ladies loved me. It was a nice change of pace for them I think. They dont see many people my age around there. Glad that I could make them smile a little bit.
