Happy New Year!

Well, we have made it through another Christmas and a New Year is upon us. We have ended 2009 with colds. I sent Grammy and Papa back home to Hawaii with bad sinus colds. Sorry. Hopefully, they will bounce back because they have to come back in February for my birthday.
I celebrated New Years by wearing my sunglasses. My future is very bright I do believe.
Here I come 2010. the year of turning "2"!

22 months old today

This has been a very busy month for my development. I am now walking up and downstairs by using the handrail or by holding onto someones hand. I can understand German and follow simple commands when spoken to in German. I can say "Please" and "Thank you" in German. There are now two and three word sentences that I speak as well. This last week, I went to the Dentist and had my checkup. All things looked good and I even have two more molars coming in up top. Two more to go and I will have them all until my six year Molars. My Mommies took me to see Santa for photos but I wasn't too keen to sit on the old man's lap. Looks like this year Santa will be standing behind me as I sit in his chair. Sometimes it goes that way.

'Tis the Season

Today we went to The Museum of Flight and watched Santa arrive via his helicopter. It was cool. I can say "Santa, wop wop wop". That is the sound the helicopter makes. There has been so much stuff going on lately. Everyday, I say a new word. Yesterday, it was "cool". Day before that was "Truey". My dog is named Truman so that is pretty close. The words just come right out. I am also able to walk up and down the stairs without having to crawl. I can do it standing up.
Grammy and Papa are arriving in a few more days to spend Christmas with us. Can't wait to see them. I also got to go to the Childrens Museum yesterday with my other Grandma and Grandpa. We had a lot of fun together. Grandpa makes trains for me out of wood. Choo Choo...
Happy Holiday.
